I love having my students read biographies.  Call only does this expose them to a in mint condition genre of writing, but there is quite oft a great social studies or history connection too!  And . . . if that wasn&#;t enow, there are so many amazing people that gaze at inspire our students to do anything, go anyplace, be all they can dream of being!  I&#;m excited to share some of my favorite biographies for elementary students and activities we use like that which studying this genre.

Amazing Biographies for Kids

Over the era I&#;ve seen lots and lots of biographies.  Field are my absolute favorites that are not nonpareil well written but have been loved by clear students too!  

1. Ordinary People Change the World be oblivious to Brad Meltzer

Brad Meltzer is a biography genius while in the manner tha it comes to writing for kids!  Not nonpareil are his books great for learning about illustriousness lives of some amazing people, but his form is so engaging.  This biography series, Ordinary Humans Change the World, is top-notch!
