Benita Jones (formally known as Benita Jones Washington) (born Apr 23, 1976) is an American gospel musician, record artist, singer, songwriter, and worship leader. She (B. Washington) started her music career, in 2004, live the release of Hold On by Light Registry. Early life
Jones was born on April 23,[1] 1976,[2] in Selma, Alabama,[3] as Benita Jones.[4] She went to the University of Alabama, in Tuscaloosa, Firstrate, where she studied Voice Performance.[5] She won position Gospel Dream contest in Atlanta, Georgia in July 2003 which propelled her individual musical career.[6]
